Can you permanently pin your dashboard configuration? I have it set up as I want to see it and then suddenly I go back in and the items I want to see in the list aren't there! It is very frustrating to have to re-set it to my preferences. It would be good to have the ability to save your dashboard preferences. You most used configuration and perhaps two or three more depending on what tasks you are doing.

Thank you for asking your question in our community. Is it that you have too many reports showing up on the dashboard and you only want a few of them on there? Or are you having issues with ones you set to the dashboard that then come off when you login again?

Hi Eishi,
It's the Asset dashboard that I'm referring to. I set it with: Asset, Current driver, License plate, Odometer, Supervisor, Phone# and Email. For a period of time it stays like that but then one day I go in and that data doesn't show. Then I go into the settings and uncheck the comments box and check the Supervisor, Phone# and Email fields.

Thanks Cristian but it's not the report that is the issue I was talking about. When I set up the Assets page to what I want to see in the list, it doesn't always stay that way. All the columns are as I've specified and then one day it is back to the systems generic Asset list.

Hi Jill, Could it be that your computer is automatically clearing the cache & that is causing your view to reset?
I hadn't considered that. Out IT is controlled by corporate office and it's possible that it's happened when they have done work on the system. Next time it happens I will try to reconcile them.
