The Cameras tab relies on both camera-to-vehicle mapping and the user's asset visibility. The View live video and View recorded video permissions alone may not be enough. Please also confirm that the custom clearance includes View assets and View exceptions, then sign out and back in after saving the changes. It is also worth confirming that each GO Focus Plus camera is correctly paired and assigned to its vehicle. From my understanding and what I have seen with other IOX's this is likely either an unexpected state so the 3 value is returned for a reset state. The “Video Not Available” error on Geotab GO FOCUS cameras occurs when the system records a rule or event, but the platform is unable to process or receive the media file stored on the camera. The steps are: 1. Check the Rule Settings in MyGeotab Go to Rules and Groups &gt; Rules. Edit the rule that triggered the event (pencil icon). On the Media Upload tab, confirm that the selected option is Video (if it is set to Notification or Photo only, the player will display a black screen). 2. Confirm Hardware Connection and Power Engine Power: GO FOCUS cameras rely on power from the GO device. If the engine was off or in deep sleep mode during the upload attempt, the video will not be transmitted until the vehicle is restarted. Cell Service: If the event occurred in an area with no signal or in a tunnel, the camera cannot upload the clip in real time. The file remains in the internal memory (128 GB) and will be uploaded as soon as the vehicle regains 4G&#x2F;LTE coverage. 3. The GO Focus Plus camera has a built-in NFC reader that can replace the IOX-NFC reader. To make the Unidentified Driver rule beep using the FOB through the camera, follow these steps: 1. Enable the reader in MyGeotab: Go to the camera settings tab and make sure the NFC reading feature is active. 2. Set up the Rule: In Rules &amp; Groups &gt; Rules, look for the 'Unidentified Driver' rule. 3. Add Notification: In the Notifications tab, select Add Beep Response and make sure the GO device is set to issue the sound alert when the rule condition is met. Keep in mind that Smart Driver ID (facial recognition) can also automate this assignment without needing physical FOBs.
