Hi guys,I'm trying to configure a rule to put assets into business mode for trip categorization purposes. The exception is triggered but the rule itself is not applied. I've set up to put it into business mode in notification tab. All trips are still marked as "uncategorized". Is there an issue because of the Restriced data mode functionality and the business/personal mode logic does not work anymore? Thanks.Kind regards,Matej

Hello guys, we are using ignition on/off data from the Advanced Engine Status Report for calculations of engine hours per each day. The column/header support document does state that location data is not available for this type of report. How can we somehow get this data instead of downloading trips report separately. The customer would like a unified report which she is currently getting from the competitor's platform:assetdateengine hours per dayfirst location of the daylast location of the day Thank you for insights!

Hi guys, is there an option to share asset location for multiple assets at a time so a third-party has access to multiple assets via one link. Additionaly, if that is possible also for GO Anywhere devices. If the first option is not plausible what could the workaround. I.e. granting a restricted access to the database to specific group of assets and then adding/removing them. Thank you! Best,Matej

I may be wrong but such rule/feature was working before the RDM was introduced. Since the FBT is only available for Australia are there any other work-arounds or solutions? Thank you both!

Dear all,, thank you very much. The exceptions report should do the trick, I'll definitely try it. If I understand it correctly you do not need to set up an ignition off rule but just a ignition on rule then summarize all exception durations and associated exception detail location. Best,Matej

Do you mean with web notification and POST request something like here (https://community.geotab.com/s/feed/0D52J00009e8BpiSAE?language=en_US)? We would not use text messages but only MyGeotab platform to trigger the IOX-OUTPUT manually with add-in or with such web request. Good point regarding the usage without cell coverage and overrides of Driver ID.

I will give it a try via MyGeotab and see what happens. The next question is not totally related to rules. I have read elsewhere on the community that the downside of OUTPUTM and NFCREADER/A is that if one trigger's a rule while the GO has cellular coverage and then the engine is shut down in a area without it, you won't be able to start the vehicle next time, if have you disabled the relay in the meantime. Even if you send a ON command, because the command will not be received by GO device. Is the only sollution to this problem Keyless? Kind regards,Matej
