To figure out when a device was offline, you can check the following logs in MyGeotab: 1. Log and collision data: Go to Activity &gt; Log and collision data. 2. Radio access technology: Look for the 'Radio access technology' diagnostic. Changes in these logs or long periods without GPS&#x2F;engine updates while the vehicle is in use indicate disconnections. 3. Engine faults: Look for faults like 'Backfill pending' or 'Telematics device fault,' which can be recorded when the device loses communication.

Hello everyone, I am currently working to assist a customer who has a custom rule configured in conjunction with a GO Focus Plus camera to capture a snapshot whenever the rule's conditions are met. We are trying to determine if there is a supported parameter, placeholder, or payload structure that allows passing a snapshot image or a direct snapshot URL within a web request (webhook) notification to populate an external database&#x2F;table. Specifically: <ul><li>Is it possible to pass snapshot URLs or image data in the webhook payload for custom rules using the GO Focus Plus (regardless of camera orientation)?</li><li>If this functionality is supported, what exact tokens, tags, or placeholders should be configured in the web request setup so the endpoint can receive and parse the snapshot&#x2F;link?</li></ul> Any insight, documentation, or experience with webhook payload capabilities for video&#x2F;snapshot assets would be greatly appreciated! I cant say whether or not this model is being worked on or not. I know we have only recently starting support the other BYD models. What type of wiring harness and data readings are associated with the BYD vehicle, model M9, year 2026?

I haven't seen this, but my hunch is that if you were to call again to get the max version, you'd get where you're at now. What call did you make exactly to get the max version? In general, with any GetFeed, the loop we use is if results.data is the same length as resultsLimit, then there are more to fetch. Loop until it's smaller. You should be wary of enforced resultsLimits though, if you use this logic with GetFeed on Device, but your code requests 50000 resultsLimit, the real limit is 5000, so a full page will return 5000. As long as you send resultsLimits equal or smaller than the actual enforced limits as per the documentation, this logic has been fool-proof for all entities across thousands of databases over several years.

GetFeed call never reaches max version

It's not possible to select specific days of the week directly in the standard automation settings. To do this, you need to customize the Excel report template (like the Trip Summary) using formulas to filter only Saturdays and Sundays, and then upload that custom template to MyGeotab for scheduled sending.

I did see some of these error codes coming up not too long ago but they are all that common s thats probably why the documentation is limited on it. Fault code 155 is associated with an invalid opcode reset. This means the GO device reset after its firmware encountered an invalid instruction. Because it happened only once and the device is still working normally, this does not by itself indicate a hardware failure or require an RMA. The device appears to have recovered successfully. I recommend monitoring it for now. If the fault repeats, the device stops communicating, or other symptoms appear, please contact your reseller or Geotab Support for further investigation. Agreed. This would be the best way. I would also be weary of doing this, if you have a fleet of a significant size. You will almost certainty be getting an email every hour if you do. Instant&#x2F;frequent notifications should normally be reserved for critical or egregious behavior like possible collisions or speed &gt; Xmph. You don't want to overwhelm whomever has to keep up with the incoming emailed alerts.

That could be why it's only displaying the odometer reading. Is the harness the correct one for the year model of the F450 &amp; could it possibly be classified as a 'heavy-duty' vehicle given the size (different harness)??? The Geotab Data Connector officially supports the following tools: Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel (via Get Data&#x2F;Power Query), and Tableau. Looker Studio is not on the officially supported list. That said, the connector uses an OData connection, so it may technically work with other tools that support OData — but those tools haven't been officially tested and wouldn't be eligible for support if you run into issues.
