I am not sure how many codes you are adding perhaps using a rule with the or criteria between each code. Then it would report exceptions that you can build a report or add notifications for alert.

Agreed. This would be the best way. I would also be weary of doing this, if you have a fleet of a significant size. You will almost certainty be getting an email every hour if you do. Instant&#x2F;frequent notifications should normally be reserved for critical or egregious behavior like possible collisions or speed &gt; Xmph. You don't want to overwhelm whomever has to keep up with the incoming emailed alerts.

Hi thanks for your comments. The issue we have is that when we installed a camera, it already appeared associated, so since we have several databases, we would look for it in myadmin and disassociate it.

When the device heartbeats this should connect it to our servers to get the update. Will you try to start the ignition and run the vehicle for a minute and see if it gets the update? Hi @mikeweist, Im the Product Manger for fuel transactions. Thanks for your feedback here. EFS sends Geotab the transactions for imports, and we import all of the available transactions. Unfortunately, we do not have include&#x2F;exclude capabilities by fuel type on a per database level.

Hi, if it was me, I'd create 2 custom rules &amp; trial it on a couple of assets first. Once the zone has been created, go to RULES and ADD RULE. Under CONDITIONS select the relevant zone and choose ENTERING ZONE as the condition. Set the rule to apply from the time the staff member is expected to arrive home, for example 4.30pm. Assign the rule to the relevant asset and add an email notification when the vehicle enters the zone. eg: &quot;vehicle 12345 has arrived at it's home zone at 4.33pm&quot; Set up a second rule for when the vehicle does not arrive a the expected time. configure this rule to identify vehicles that have not entered the home zone by the nominated time and set up a 'CHECK VEHICLE' alert notification. This should tell you when the vehicle has arrived home safely and an alert when it has not arrived as expected &amp; you can check on the driver. You would have to create separate rules for each zone location &amp; associated asset - Copy &amp; Paste only changing zone &amp; asset name.

Can I link a specific asset with a specific zone so I can create a report telling me when that vehicle is not in its "Home" zone?

G-FORCE OF A GO

That could be why it's only displaying the odometer reading. Is the harness the correct one for the year model of the F450 &amp; could it possibly be classified as a 'heavy-duty' vehicle given the size (different harness)??? The Geotab Data Connector officially supports the following tools: Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel (via Get Data&#x2F;Power Query), and Tableau. Looker Studio is not on the officially supported list. That said, the connector uses an OData connection, so it may technically work with other tools that support OData — but those tools haven't been officially tested and wouldn't be eligible for support if you run into issues.
