Has anyone had issues logging into the Geotab video app via a tablet? On an apple phone my driver can move between video app and the drive app dashboards. On an apple ipad pro if the driver tries to go back to the video app from the dashboards they get a message 'your session has expired and you will need to log in again&quot;. The settings on both devices appear to match, any suggestions on what could be the issue?

I've created a custom rule and enabled the media settings. I have an email notification when the rule is broken and inserted the video event link in the template When i click on the event via the notification and it brings me to the exceptions page, when i click on the exception video option i get a black square that says video unavailable Does anyone know why this is and are there any troubleshooting steps?

The GO Focus camera uses its own built-in SIM card for cellular connectivity and uploads footage directly to the cloud. When the vehicle is operating in areas with poor or no cellular signal, uploads will fail and this health status will appear. To answer your specific questions: Will re-calibration help? No — calibration on GO Focus cameras is for the ADAS sensors (accelerometer), not related to video upload connectivity. Re-calibrating won't resolve upload failures. Is it only because of cell coverage? Cellular signal is the most common cause, but it's also worth checking that the camera is powered on and healthy — check the camera's LED status and look for any engine faults in the database that might be affecting power to the device. Will the videos eventually upload? Yes. The camera stores footage locally on its SD card when connectivity is unavailable and will automatically upload it once it returns to an area with sufficient cellular signal. A Go Focus sensor camera is showing the message a high volume of failed video upload message on the camera assets page. Anyone aware of troubleshooting? Will re-calibration work? is it only bc of cell coverage? will the videos eventually upload in better cellular area?
