Hi I think the easiest way is to create a group and link units and the rule you want to apply, it's not necessary to create two groups

DVIR missed inspection rule and report issue

Has anyone else experienced this issue with their IOX-NFC readers where the reader is going online and offline hundreds of times per day. This looks like a recent issue and it causes the driver reminders to constantly go off and the NFC fobs do not work. Below is the NFC device connected measurement over the last 2 days.

Hello does anyone know if there is a way to export the installation history for assets?  under Assets&gt;Device and Settings we can see the installation history for a vehicle but instead of checking them one at a time is there a way to export it? This helps me verify invoices for installations and to make sure that vendors are checking the installs are good before signing off.

I have a scenario where a vehicle completed their pre-trip inspection in the morning at 8:27am but a missed pre-trip exception was generated at 3pm. I'm currently using the pre-trip rule below. Is the duration set too low? 8 hours is the default but i want to check that a pre-trip is done at least once a day so should i increase the duration to 16 hours?

I have some supervisors in a supervisor clearance level and they are unable to save map views in the map. I checked the clearances and they have configure map views checked on but there seems to be other options that need to be enabled in order to save map views. Does anyone have any idea which options need to be checked on?

I am making some new clearances and there are options like below Create data extract keyCreate backup keyAccess time-to-change complete api I have no idea what any of these options do or how they interact with different access.

If i have a Geotab NFC card reader but do not enable driver identification reminder but a driver scans in their fob does the driver get held in the go device indefinitely?

I agree, there was nothing wrong with the old trips history page. If a vehicle has a trip with a driver and then unknown driver it groups them as 2 separate trip cards out of chronological order. Also when I use trips history before it would bring up the last trip the vehicle took, now it only shows you the trips in the date range.

What this helps with is if i want to know when was the last time a vehicle was driven for the selected vehicles, if one vehicle was last driven 3 months ago i don't want to select a last 3 month date range in order to find that information out.

I know the new Go10 has an internal battery and there's and IOX battery that can keep a Go device running even after being disconnected but otherwise there's no way an unpowered Go device can give you an exception that it has been unplugged.

Driver ID settings question

In mygeotab I used to be able to search notes that i entered into the comments box for drivers &#x2F; users. But recently when i search in the search box nothing comes up. Was this feature removed?

Is there a way to apply a rule to all vehicles and exclude 1 group from the rule. I don't want to have to create 2 new groups and apply a group to the included vehicles and apply the other group to the excluded vehicles.

Hello <a href="/user/eishifun" data-id="1044" data-value="EishiFUN" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@EishiFUN</a>​  I looked at that setting but apparently the duration only works with the original driver who did the initial DVIR, once another member of the crew starts driving the shared vehicle it treats it as a brand new exception and flags a missed inspection even if there was already an inspection done.
