I am not sure how many codes you are adding perhaps using a rule with the or criteria between each code. Then it would report exceptions that you can build a report or add notifications for alert.

Specifying diagnostic codes with a custom report

I've recently modified a report template and tried to upload it as a new report but I keep hitting the error message "The report template must be saved using Microsoft Excel".The template is definitely in .xlsx format (I've saved using both MS Excel online and also in Libre Office -&gt; Save as .xlsx) so I'm wondering if there is some way of getting further information into the problem with my template e.g. can you point me at the validator you are using?I've previously has no problems modifying templates and uploading like this so any help would be gratefully received.Many thanks

Is there a way to add a Custom Device into a database via the API?  I've tried doing this using a Set:CustomDevice and get the following issue which makes me think not?`NotSupportedException: Cannot find bridge for Geotab.Checkmate.ObjectModel.CustomDevice` I see a similar error if I try to read a CustomDevice via the API too.

Adding a Custom Device via the MyGeotab API

I have diagnostic data that is being sent to my Go 9 device via the IOX interface. I have a MyGeotab custom report that I'm using to interpret this data - how do I set up the report to just include the DiagnosticCodes that I'm interested in (in the range 36245 to 36296) and exclude any other DiagnosticCodes? In MyGeotab I can see a section that allows me specify a diagnostic name but I can't see how I would specify a larger range of diagnostics here? Many thanks

This is a screen shot of where I'm trying to add the diagnostics. The UI doesn't really work when adding more than 1 code, why not provide a list of diagnostics that can be searched and then checked to select? Yes that is definitely the problem!I can resolve it by unzipping the .xlsx package and changing the &lt;Application&gt; field and then zipping the package back up.  });</code> Without the ProductId the request is rejected with a validation error so I have used 10032 as suggested in the docs.
