Hello, In the assets section, there is a subsection that displays the total number of assets that are not communicating. As for creating a notification or alert to detect when a GO device stops communicating, I am not sure if that is possible.

Hi everyone,In Wialon, it is possible to convert a route directly into a geofence (zone), which is very useful because you don't have to recreate the entire area manually.Is there a similar feature available in MyGeotab?For example, if I already have a route, can I convert it into a zone/geofence automatically, or is the only option to create the zone manually by adding each point one by one?I'm looking for the most efficient way to create a geofence that follows an existing route.Thanks in advance!

I've recently modified a report template and tried to upload it as a new report but I keep hitting the error message "The report template must be saved using Microsoft Excel".The template is definitely in .xlsx format (I've saved using both MS Excel online and also in Libre Office -&gt; Save as .xlsx) so I'm wondering if there is some way of getting further information into the problem with my template e.g. can you point me at the validator you are using?I've previously has no problems modifying templates and uploading like this so any help would be gratefully received.Many thanks

Hi guys,I'm trying to configure a rule to put assets into business mode for trip categorization purposes. The exception is triggered but the rule itself is not applied. I've set up to put it into business mode in notification tab. All trips are still marked as "uncategorized". Is there an issue because of the Restriced data mode functionality and the business/personal mode logic does not work anymore? Thanks.Kind regards,Matej

The new map makes viewing the roads my assets are on almost impossible from a larger screen.We need an option to change it back to the standard google maps view that you had before.
