Hello @AArna-1532 ,

Thank you for asking your question in our community. The suggestion I give is to alter these rules to a higher G force if the lower one is always being triggered due to the kind of driving you are doing such as off road or bumpy roads.

There is a also some new rules we came out with that may be able to help with this. They are still in Beta but you should be able to see them named minor and major collision under the legacy possible collision rule. You should should check them out and see if they are working better for you. We had our product manager for this recently come on and do a webinar with us about it in October. I would encourage you to take a look at. Here is a link to our event page: https://community.geotab.com/s/events?language=en_US

The webinar is labelled for October and it is the first section in that webinar named New Harsh Safety events.

The new rule for major collision should be more accurate but it is still in beta. So I would suggest trying it out and see if you get better results.

Let us know if you have any other questions. We are here to help.

Have a good one!

Hey @AArna-1532 We are actively working to improve the dashboards for collisions and as a part of the update, you will be set up weekly or monthly notifications for 'Major Collisions' just like every other dashboard reporting.

Still have questions?
