I did see some of these error codes coming up not too long ago but they are all that common s thats probably why the documentation is limited on it. Fault code 155 is associated with an invalid opcode reset. This means the GO device reset after its firmware encountered an invalid instruction. Because it happened only once and the device is still working normally, this does not by itself indicate a hardware failure or require an RMA. The device appears to have recovered successfully. I recommend monitoring it for now. If the fault repeats, the device stops communicating, or other symptoms appear, please contact your reseller or Geotab Support for further investigation. To figure out when a device was offline, you can check the following logs in MyGeotab: 1. Log and collision data: Go to Activity &gt; Log and collision data. 2. Radio access technology: Look for the 'Radio access technology' diagnostic. Changes in these logs or long periods without GPS&#x2F;engine updates while the vehicle is in use indicate disconnections. 3. Engine faults: Look for faults like 'Backfill pending' or 'Telematics device fault,' which can be recorded when the device loses communication.

The enriched fields are available as properties of the MyGeotab FaultData API object, including: - severity - riskOfBreakdown - failureMode - faultDescription - recommendation - effectOnComponent You can request them using Get or GetFeed for FaultData. However, these fields may be null when enrichment is unavailable for a particular fault. The API documentation confirms that the fields exist, but does not guarantee that every value shown in the MyGeotab UI will be populated for every Noregon-enriched record. I recommend testing the API against a known enriched fault and comparing the response with the corresponding record in MyGeotab. MyGeotab API: Add zoneType instead of zone while adding new custom Rule

From my understanding and what I have seen with other IOX's this is likely either an unexpected state so the 3 value is returned for a reset state.
