How to retrieve Analysed Speeding Events based on Old Rule, which is now deleted in MyGeotab?

We had a Speeding Rule set of 10% for 20second , due to which Events were created and analysed for past months. Based on which we used to export an report on monthly basis and report to senior stakeholder. Now when we have created New rule and deleted Old rule. So we lost the opportunity to extract the report for previous month i.e. list of Events which were analysed for previous month. Is there any way we can retrieve those data or list of events which were analysed based on old speeding rule ?

Thank you for asking your question in our community. No need to worry this is an easy fix. First you will need to create the old rule again. Once it is created you can go to the rules page and at the top there is a reprocess data button. You will want to choose the date back to when you need the data and add any vehicles that you want to generate exceptions for. Once you hit apply it will start the reprocess. Depending on how much data it is this may take overnight.

 

Once the reprocess is complete you will be able to run the report and delete the rule if you would like.
