Hello @RParu-8120 ,

Thank you for asking your question in our community. There is not a way to make a rule like that with our rules engine. Since we have no way with the GO device to track if the driver is using their phone or not. If you have a GO Focus the AI has built in rules to detect distracted driving such as eating, phone usage or smoking. I would look into using the GO Focus for this purpose and the rules there are already bulilt in.

Let us know if you have any other questions. We are here to help.

Have a great day!

Hi @RParu-8120

can you tell us what technology you have installed, since as others have mentioned, it's only possible using cameras.

Hi Christian, Gofocus camera installed and help me how to set up a rule for phone usage, Thanks Ray Get Outlook for iOS

@RParu-8120 - most cameras have cell phone usage but @EishiFUN is correct there is no way of setting a rule for the number of events that would send a notification. You could run an exceptions summary report based on that rule (or build it to automatically send), perhaps daily the Summary will give you the number of events. The resulted "bad behavior" would be id'ed but it would be after the fact.
