Thank you for asking your question in our community. Typically you are going to look at their risk categories to know where they should be improving.Here is a screenshot of where to be looking:
You can see this driver has a low collision risk based on their driver but they are struggling with cornering and a little bit with acceleration. This would be areas you could coach them on so they dont fall out of the low risk and get into a higher risk category for a collision.
