Does anyone have more information about error 462?
We found it in a database, but we couldn't find any information about it in the community.

Regards.

Hey @danielaramirez-1969 This fault is logged when a GPS configuration retry fails after 20 attempts. This may indicate there is an issue with the GPS module and you will need to RMA the device. If the device does connect and is giving GPS data then it is good and just for some reason it was having issues when this fault came up. I usually see this one paired with fault 140 remove device and report to reseller - GPS module not responding.

I would look into the device and see if you are getting GPS or not and do some regular troubleshooting on it. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Have a good one!

There is no standard "error 462" in Geotab's diagnostic library for the GO9.
It's likely an "Unknown Diagnostic". This happens when the device detects a vehicle manufacturer proprietary code that isn't in our standard library.
To identify it, I recommend looking up the code along with your vehicle's make, model, and year in manufacturer resources or consulting a qualified mechanic.

@Cristian.hdz.Prime24 Thanks, Cristian. It's strange that I've never seen this error before. But it doesn't seem to be a problem with the vehicle, since it says, “Error retrying to configure the GPS.”
