Trip History is, in fact, the most practical and comprehensive tool GoTab offers for viewing mileage.

Although it's a detailed report, it's the best for these reasons:

Total Accuracy: It shows you the exact mileage of each individual trip, from when the vehicle starts until the engine shuts off.

Fleet Filters: You can filter by 'Entire Fleet' or by a specific vehicle and see the total distance over the period you choose (day, week, etc.).

Everything in One Place: As the main activity report, you don't need to jump between different sections; you have mileage, stops, and engine times all in one place.

Quick Tip: If you need the total mileage for the entire fleet for a quick report, the easiest way is to export the Trip History to Excel. This way, you can sum the 'Distance' column in a second and have the exact usage data for your fleet.
