Instructions for Partners when ordering hardware for the Geotab Cold Chain Solution in MyAdmin.

Details
Telematics device for GPS, and Engine data, used for in-cabin installations (vans, LCVs or straight/box/rigid trucks). Please check SKUs applicable to your region
(Recommended for GO9 device installations)
Used to extend the placement of the GO device. Required on vehicles where the ALDL (OBD vehicle connection) is located in an area that may cause the GO device to impede the driver. Also required for vehicles where the recess of the ALDL location prevents the GO device from connecting properly
(Optional for GO9 device installations)
3-wire harness kit for the GO9 device. The kit contains the harness and a fuse kit. This harness is optional, required if the GO device will not be connected to an OBD port
Rugged telematics device for GPS, and Engine data, used for outdoor installations (trailers). Please check SKUs applicable to your region
(Mandatory for GO RUGGED installations)
3-wire harness kit for the GO RUGGED device. The kit contains the harness and a fuse kit
(Compatible with GO RUGGED for in-cabin installation)
IOX for in-cabin installations (vans, LCVs or straight/box/rigid trucks) that interface between GO devices, refrigeration units and in EU with the thermographs.
(Compatible with GO RUGGED for outdoor installation)
Rugged IOX for outdoor installations (trailers) that interface between GO Rugged devices, refrigeration units and in EU with the thermographs.
Connection harness for IOX-COLD to refrigeration unit, subject to compatibility. To find out which harness is required please check the refrigeration units compatibility list and make sure to look for your region (NA or EU/AU) in the tabs.

1 | Visit http://myadmin.geotab.com, and click Store. (User must have the corresponding credentials) |
2 | Search by Product Code (SKU) and click Lookup. |
3 | Enter quantity and click on shopping cart icon. Click More Info for details on each product |
4 | To view full order click on shopping cart at top right, review your order and click Proceed to checkout. |
5 | Complete the Order Information by filling in all required fields(*). Choose the Service Plan. Click Next |
6 | Choose Shipping Address and Assign-To Contact. (Best practice: Please upload these in Customer Admin) |
7 | On Next, please review order and choose Shipping Fee. Enter valid Promo Code if applicable. Click Next |
8 | Complete the order by selecting. You can save an order for review at a later date by selecting Save as Planning Order, or cancel the order by selecting Cancel Order. |
