I would like to inquire about the advantages of switching from the Geotab Data Connector to the API directly. Specifically, I want to know if accessing all the data through the API would be possible and if it would provide better results compared to the current Data Connector.

The Data Connector is typically going to do everything you would want to do with the API without you having to do any of the work. Is there a specific issue you're having with the Data Connector that you're trying to solve by looking at using the API directly?
Hey @TuckerBA-1087 , thank you for your reply. Yes, I'm interested in extracting live, real-time data. Currently, the data I'm receiving only covers the past day. If that is not correct, can you tell me how can I get live data?

Yes, data is available via the API once it is recorded to the customer's database which is pretty much a near real-time basis.

Although keep in mind as @TuckerBA-1087 mentioned, Geotab Data Connector gives you access to this data without any programming knowledge or work needed. Whereas to use the API, programming knowledge and work is required.
