I noticed that the asset list includes a section showing the number of units with maintenance alerts, but I cannot download a direct report. Is there one available?

Thank you for asking your question in our community. On the assets page there is not a way to download that report. What you can do is go to Maintenance> Overview and at the top you should have the same vehicles is the "Assets with immediate actions" and you can click on this and download the report there.
