We've installed Go Focus Plus cameras, under the Video Events page and then Cameras tab, it is blank, despite the vehicles being under my group. The Video Events page is not blank and the Trips page is not blank.
I'm using a custom clearance that has view live video and view recorded video enabled

The Cameras tab relies on both camera-to-vehicle mapping and the user's asset visibility. The View live video and View recorded video permissions alone may not be enough.
Please also confirm that the custom clearance includes View assets and View exceptions, then sign out and back in after saving the changes. It is also worth confirming that each GO Focus Plus camera is correctly paired and assigned to its vehicle.

In the Events > Cameras tab, a list of all GO Focus Plus camera streams in the organization's groups you have permission for should appear.
To fix the tab showing up blank, check the following:
1. At the top of the page, make sure the Asset or serial number, Status, and VIN filters aren't limiting the results.
2. Confirm that vehicles with installed cameras are correctly assigned to the groups your user profile has permission to see.
The vehicle group and user groups match. I think the answer is the user needs to be an admin or admin sub-clearance. I've tried matching the video security features and the supervisor clearance will not display but the admin clearance will display.
