Is there any way to extract the information from the internal memory of the GO Focus camera?

@Cristian.hdz.Prime24 It depends on the kind of damage. If you could get it to turn on then we could just get it in the cloud the standard way. If it cant turn on at all but the SD card in undamaged it cannot just be removed and plugged into a computer due to its encryption. I was thinking about it but couldn't confirm if maybe you could take out the SD and put it in a different working camera and see if you can get it to upload to the cloud. I would try that at your own risk. I havent heard if that has been successful or recommended. Maybe I shouldn't even mention that 😆

If you have a case where the camera is damaged and really need the footage I have seen cases where customers have sent the camera to our office in Oakville for us to investigate it and work on a possible data retrieval.

So if you have a case this I think your best bet at first would be to talk to support and work with them to see what the best route to go is.

I have a feeling you don't mean this, but have to ask to be sure: Are you asking how to retrieve the videos from the GO Focus camera? Or are you looking for some kind of file export of the memory?
