From my understanding and what I have seen with other IOX's this is likely either an unexpected state so the 3 value is returned for a reset state. We would want to look a little more into the data to see exactly what it was but it is something along those lines far as I could find. Let us know if you have any other 	questions. Currently, GO Focus videos are downloaded in two separate files (one for video and one for audio). Geotab plans to implement an option in the future to choose whether you want the files separate or combined, although there's no set date for this update yet.
