Thank you for asking your question in our community. Hard to say exactly what is causing this without being able to look into your database. If this is happening during login then you may want to change the URL to just my.geotab.com if it is different and specify your database name when logging in. If you are still getting it I would suggest making a ticket with our support team to take a look at it.
