Thank you for asking your question in our community. This fault code indicated your GO device has been removed from the vehicle. I am sorry to hear you have been running into this issue but typically it is easy to resolve this kind of issue. This could either be due to a loose connection or the device being bumped loose. This could also indicate your drivers are unplugging this device. I would suggest checking the vehicle to make sure the device is secured well and preferably with a zip tie. If you are seeing a ton of these faults then it is for sure a connection issue. If you just see one I wouldn't worry about it too much but it's still worth taking a look. I would also double check you are not losing any data due to this loss of connection.
