Thank you for asking your question in our community. You can make groups through the Groups & Rules section on the left of the screen. Once you have your groups set up you can add any drivers to the group. If you go to a Drivers user profile under People > Users & Drivers you can edit their profile and add them to any groups. Just dont forget to save at the top of the screen after you add the groups. You can see the groups I have added as "east" to this driver in my database:
