@raybatchelor do you mean assigning at the vehicle level? And those assets are consistently changing drivers?

Driver ID mappings

Hey @****-6175 , Thank you for asking your question in our community. I do not know of a way to do this using the UI so I had an AI agent share the way to do this through the API. Please let me know if you have any questions: For a larger list, this can be automated through the MyGeotab API using the DriverChange object with the change type TripDriver. Each assignment should include: - The vehicle/device ID - The driver ID - The date and time associated with the trip The timestamp is important. A date alone is not enough if the vehicle made multiple trips that day. Also, use TripDriver when assigning a specific trip. A normal driver change may affect driver attribution for subsequent trips instead. The DriverChange API reference is available here: https://developers.geotab.com/myGeotab/apiReference/objects/DriverChange If you share more about whether you are doing this manually or through an integration, the recommended workflow may be clearer. Hope that helps! Eishi FUN

Why does the system not allow some users in my database to enable unified login?

@EDike-6164 Sorry I didnt realize this when I first answered. The rulesets are tied to the user profile. So in this case in order to make any edits concerning rule sets you would need to be able to " administer the user". Are you trying to have that user change the ruleset for the driver?

how a driver is associated with a trip through gofocus

"I noticed that when I try and give him data access to the 2 groups of assets, once I save and go back into his profile.... the data access says none selected." If you're trying to give someone access to a group, you need to put them into the group, not just the Data Access field. If you just select the Data Access field then you'll get the below error message:
