We're so excited to welcome you to the new Geotab Community! After months of planning and preparation, we've officially migrated to a brand new platform fully integrated with the Geotab Support Site — and we think you're going to love it. 💙
Whether you're a long-time Community member or finding us for the first time, here's everything you need to know to get settled in.
One home for everything
The biggest change you'll notice is that the Geotab Community is no longer a standalone destination. We're now part of the Geotab Support Site, which means Community discussions, Help articles, and Academy learning content are all accessible from one place. No more bouncing between tabs to find what you need — it's all right here. You might notice that some of our Knowledg Articles still take you to the old URLs but without any of the old Community features — that's only temporary as we migrate them into the Help articles section of this site.
Logging in
Most of you can log in using your existing MyGeotab or MyAdmin database credentials. Even better — if you visit the Community directly from MyGeotab or MyAdmin, you'll be logged in automatically. No extra steps required.

Your username may look a little different
To avoid duplicate usernames across the new platform, the system automatically generated unique usernames for all migrated accounts during the migration. If your username isn't quite right, you can update it anytime in your profile settings — it only takes a second.
Smarter search
Finding answers just got a whole lot easier. The new Community features AI-powered search that understands natural language questions, so you can ask things the way you'd actually say them and get to the right answer faster. When searching from the Community homepage, you can choose to search just our Community questions or from all resources on the Support Site by selecting the Community, Academy or AI Answers filters from the left-side dropdown in the search bar.
AI post categorization
Not sure which category your question belongs in? Don't worry about it — when you post a question, our AI will automatically categorize it under the correct topic based on your title and content. One less thing to think about.
Watch past Community webinars
Missed a Learning LIVE! session or want to revisit a past Road Ahead webinar? You can now browse and watch our most recent Community webinars directly from the homepage. No searching required.
Leaderboard and perks
Your contributions here matter — and we want to recognize them. The Community Leaderboard highlights our top contributors each quarter, and active members are rewarded through our perks program. Jump in, share your knowledge, and see where you land.
What about the Feedback Hub?
The Feedback Hub from the old Community has been retired. In its place, you'll find a new Feedback Form right here on the Support Site — a streamlined way to share your ideas and suggestions with our Product team.
Additionally, if you want to be more hands-on in the product development process we encourage you to join our Product Research Program by filling out this form.
A note on migrated content
We carried over active user accounts and a selection of high-value forum posts from the old Community. If you're looking for a specific post and can't find it, it's possible it wasn't included in the migration — feel free to reach out to us at community@geotab.com and we'll do our best to help.
