Why do I have some drivers first name initial show in gray when most show in blue? The ones that show in gray do not come up when I select their group.

So sorry for my late reply here. The gray circle on their name is indicating they are an archived user. So when you look through the group it is only showing active users in the group. The blue cirlce is active and gray circle is archived. I hope that helps.

Hey @JJOHN-5841 ,
Thank you for asking your question in our community. Where exactly are you seeing this? I will be able to look a little more in detail at the specific page you are looking at. If you can send a screenshot that would be even better.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Have a good one!

Good morning,
I hope that you enjoyed your weekend.
I attached a Word doc that shows that if I do a search for agents by location, in this case IAD under each name, the agents show with their first name initial in a blue circle. On the next picture, it shows that someone who should be on the first list is missing, and when I put their Geotag number in, they show up with their first name shows up with their initial in a gray circle.
I know that it is confusing, but I hope the picture shows what my question is.
Thank you,
Joe
