Thank you for asking your question in our community. So this hasn't come up often so I couldn't find much about it. From my understanding and what I have seen with other IOX's this is likely either an unexpected state so the 3 value is returned for a reset state. We would want to look a little more into the data to see exactly what it was but it is something along those lines far as I could find.
