You could look into the IOX-OUTPUTM You could set your custom rules to trigger some sort of light in the vehicle.

If it still exists, you might look into using the IOX-BUZZ if they're looking for something that still makes noise but is louder. Otherwise, I think @ssartor-1546 has the right idea.
