Hi, if it was me, I'd create 2 custom rules &amp; trial it on a couple of assets first. Once the zone has been created, go to RULES and ADD RULE. Under CONDITIONS select the relevant zone and choose ENTERING ZONE as the condition. Set the rule to apply from the time the staff member is expected to arrive home, for example 4.30pm. Assign the rule to the relevant asset and add an email notification when the vehicle enters the zone. eg: &quot;vehicle 12345 has arrived at it's home zone at 4.33pm&quot; Set up a second rule for when the vehicle does not arrive a the expected time. configure this rule to identify vehicles that have not entered the home zone by the nominated time and set up a 'CHECK VEHICLE' alert notification. This should tell you when the vehicle has arrived home safely and an alert when it has not arrived as expected &amp; you can check on the driver. You would have to create separate rules for each zone location &amp; associated asset - Copy &amp; Paste only changing zone &amp; asset name.

Customer has a  a vehicle showing speeding 5 mph more in the system than he is actually going. Example - he had his cruise control at 71 and in the system, he was showing 76. In the past, it was indicated that, if a fobbed in driver, after a certain amount of time, has left the vehicle after a trip is completed, is then no longer assigned to that vehicle, leaving the assignment as "Unknown Driver" It had related to how much time was allotted until the reminder time trips.I tried to ask Geotab Ace this question, but it only reference manually assigning drivers.

I have a customer in Base Mode that gets Harsh Event data in Exceptions. Since Base mode is very limited in providing engine data, is the accelerometer in the Go Device providing that info, or is it using strictly GPS data?

A customer had a vehicle go offline multiple times in a specific time period. I'm trying to find when those events happened in the past, because once the device is back online, it updates everything to smooth over those offline periods.
