Thanks for flagging this in the community. If the IOX-GO TALK language change isn't sticking when you edit a single asset, it may be related to an issue we've identified with that save path.
For now, try changing the language through bulk edit, selecting only the affected asset. Then reopen the asset to check that the new language was saved. We have a fix moving through deployment, but I don't have a confirmed rollout date.
If bulk edit doesn't work either, please let us know and we can investigate further.
