Error when loading API Explorer in Analytics Lab

We have tried several different admin users, different PC,s and browsers. When we try and load the Analytics Lab's API Explorer we always get the error "An error occurred retrieving your API List."

Any suggestions?

Hi guys, I was able to get the Analytics Lab Catalog to upload after a few action steps suggestions. First, I removed it from my database. Second, I went to my browser settings for “Chrome” and cleared the cache. Third, I went into the Chrome browser settings under “help” and updated the browser to the latest version. I then went back to the Marketplace and added Analytics Lab back into our database. After a few minutes it loaded, and I was able to access the “catalogue”. This did work for a few of us; however, one of my colleagues who does use Chrome as well as his default browser is still having an issue., Best regards, Chris

Hi Jen,

Welcome to the Geotab Community 😊 I'm very sorry that you're having such trouble loading Analytics Lab's API Explorer, but was unable to find any documentation on it or similar errors in our system. However, I did notice that you created a ticket for this issue and was able to bring it to the attention of the gentleman who created the Add-In. He's looking into it and the agent you originally spoke with will reach back out to you as soon as we know more.

Sorry for not having a more immediate solution, but I will leave this question "unanswered" so that ideally some other users can jump in if they're also experienced this. I know other users like @ChrisL-1169 are using Analytics Lab, and might be able to tell you what does and doesn't thus far.

Please let me know if you have any other questions?

Warm Regards,

Genevieve
