When I try to change a user from Basic to MyAdmin authentication, the MyAdmin type is grayed out and cannot be selected.  How can we make that change?Thanks! Jen

We have tried several different admin users, different PC,s and browsers.  When we try and load the Analytics Lab's API Explorer we always get the error "An error occurred retrieving your API List." Any suggestions? Jen SmithElementFleet

Is it possible to add users with MyAdmin authentication using the bulk edit tool? There does not seem to be that option.

It works with a new account. We were just hoping to avoid having to delete and re-add users. Thanks!
