I'm using the SDK tool to bulk upload users for a customer and am getting this msg as the fail reason.

JSONRPCError: Collection can not contain a null value (Parameter 'CompanyGroups')

Thanks Eishi,

I had to use companygroup|Drivers as we had created a group Drivers

Hello @sonic-3030​ ,

 

Thank you for asking your question in our community. I think you need to add it like: companygroup|Driver|West|Garmin since company group is the default parent group.

 

Let me know if that works for you or not I havent used the tool before but that is my hunch based on the error and group structures.
