I'm going to call support too, but thought that posting here might get a quicker response. The Geotab API Reference is "down" right now. You can't scroll past the Authenticate method when you load this page:

You're right, and it comes from this:
overflow-y should be set to scroll. You can override it in your session by opening dev-tools and changing it there.

Sorry, I should've put that in the original post, but I tested on Chrome and Firefox on my laptop and Chrome on another computer in the office before posting. Looks like LP's solution is the correct one, so that's a fine workaround for now and hopefully it'll get resolved soon.
