The Location is updating correctly, but the Odometer hasnt been updated in 97 days. I have taken out the geotab, put it back in and it works, but the odometer is not updating.

Thank you for asking your question in our community. I apologize for the delay in answering your question. We migrated our community to a new platform and it looks like this one may have gotten lost in the process. If it is not an install issue I would look into the faults for the device. If you look under maintenance there is a faults options where we can see the faults the device is sending us. There could be a fault there telling us what is going wrong. There is also a possibility we don't get odometer very reliably from this device. Not likely but if you can tell me the year make and model I can look into this for you and see if that is potentially the case.
