What is fault code 520572 in MyGeotab

Hey Everybody, I am trying to identify some issues with how MyGeotab identifies power loss in a Surfsight camera for use with Exceptions. For example, I have a camera that has been offline for over a month.  I can see a Camera fault: all power removed - device restarted (1. Fault occurred) fault for the day that it went out, but exactly 1 second after the measurement was triggered it goes back to 0. So, I'm beginning to think that this fault is only catching when it happens, but not remaining on for the duration of the time the camera is out. Does anyone know if this is expected behavior? I also have 18 instances of the Road-facing camera status (0. DECALIBRATED, 1. CALIBRATION_IN_PROGRESS, 2. CALIBRATION_COMPLETE, 3. ADJUSTMENT_SUGGESTED, 4. ADJUSTMENT_REQUIRED) fault set to 0 (DECALIBRATED) for the same day the camera went out (which occur both before and after that power-removed fault). So, I guess I'm wondering if anyone knows how to find a measurement that indicates if a Surfsight camera has gone out and, if so, if that measurement will remain in the "yes-this-camera-has-gone-out" state until the camera comes back online. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide!  :) Best,Joy B

Identifying Surfsight Camera Power Loss

We have a Caddy connected to GO9 and it seems it is sometimes losing GPS and when looking at fault codes i can see these three messages: Telematics device fault: Collision data is unavailable for 10 minutes due to excessive logging of Collision events. If this fault occurs three consecutive times then the GO device disables logging any suspected Collisions until the device is reset. During the night the GPS signal was off for two hours between 03:00 - 05:00 and these are the faults that came later. Could there be a connection to gps?

Hello! I had a question regarding the interpretation of the values of the various lamps. In the attached example, we observe that the values of the three lamps (mil lamp, red stop lamp and the amber warning lamp) fluctuate between 0 and 1. Does this imply that the lamps are turning off and on intermittently? We assumed that once the lamp is on (i.e., a value of 1), it would stay at that value till the associated problem is resolved (i.e., a continuous series of 1's, followed by 0's, with the lamp turning back to 1 if a new issue arises). However, in the data, they are alternating between 1 and 0 with rapid frequency. The data in the attached image was pulled from Geotab.  Therefore the question is, what do these values represent and how should we be interpreting them? Thank you!
