My device is not recording drive times. only off and on duty times. is there something I need to change in settings?

There are three things I'd recommend checking on this:

  1. Is your vehicle set up to Automatic or On under Assets > [vehicle you'd like to check] > Settings > Advanced > Hours of Service (HOS)? If set to Off, this will not record Drive time.
  2. Check your device plan. This should be under Rate plan on the vehicle's Edit page. This needs to be on Regulatory or Pro or ProPlus to work with HOS.
  3. Check the installation. Sometimes your GO device may be getting power but not reading things properly; in this case a quick reinstallation may do the trick.

Yes. The Driver's settings are the same as all the other drivers from an admin point of view. I still need to check his phone to see if there is something there. His Eld doesn't record drive times but the truck does so somewhere something must be set wrong.

I am sorry to hear you are still having this issue. I think it would probably be best at this point it would be best to make a ticket with your reseller and have them take a look into this and see if they can find where the issue is.
