How can I send custom Notifications to a specific user in the Drive app?

How do I do this?  If I can't, I need direction on how to get rid of them.  Amazon pulls reports and this doesn't look good.

Drive App is not saving trips when users allocate/categorise them. Also, not able to access FBT on the My Geotab site under add-ins, keep getting the spinning wheel &amp; have to do a forced shutdown.  Is there a specific security clearance that needs to be selected for users to access FBT in My Geotab? Thanks.

when mechanics do repairs, we have movements that require override/adjusted because an OP is still logged in? OR it just needs to move into the shop and the rule was broken for a Pre trip. If the unit is within its "home" Geo Fence, it would be handy to have a "service" button allowed for under a KM move?

Does Geotab offer to use it in disconnected mode? The reasonI am asking is we work in pipeline construction and a lot of times our vehiclesare up in the mountain with zero signal. On one site we have no signal at allas there is only one cell boost tower, my drivers stand by the tower trying tolog in but to no avail, they cannot stay there all day as they need to work onthe project. If Geotab does offer this then it will allow my drivers tocomplete the choose vehicle option, do a DVIR and go about their day, then oncethey get back to a normal area and get signal they open the app and everythingthey did for the day would upload to the cloud. I currently do this with myiPad on several apps as a compliance manager while I am up there and then whenI get signal all my work is uploaded to each app and saves it for futurereference.

All of a sudden the geotab app has gone from one of our drivers phones.     When he went to log in, could not find the app.  Any suggestions please

I attended the webinar yesterday on predictive tools, rules and collision reconstruction.  They discussed being able to activate a feature that allows drivers to see their safety telematics in the driver app.  I am wondering if we activate the feature for the driver to see, would a DOT officer also have the ability to see this information if the driver happened to be stopped for a roadside inspection?

Hey guys,  I know there used to be an 'Authority Switcher' for driver's to switch their DOT/Authority info inside the Geotab Drive App but I believe it has been deprecated. Does anyone have a good workflow for driver's with multiple DOTs? Thanks!

Is anyone experiencing HOS logs not automatically updating? Example, driver stops to unload and HOS stays as "Driving."  Stop is recorded in trip history but not HOS log.

About a week our lease operators were all of a sudden unable to see their fleet's unit numbers in their app. Every until number says "restricted" any ideas why this happened and how we can fix it?
