Drive App is not saving trips when users allocate/categorise them. Also, not able to access FBT on the My Geotab site under add-ins, keep getting the spinning wheel & have to do a forced shutdown. Is there a specific security clearance that needs to be selected for users to access FBT in My Geotab? Thanks.

Thank you for asking your question in our community. I know the driver should need to have the ability to assign a driver in their clearance. I think what you are seeing is a bug though. I would first check their clearance to see if they have this but if they were previously accessing it and are now getting this issue it may be something we want support to take a look at. I can help you make a ticket if we need to go that route.

Hi Eishi, thanks for the response. I would agree with you that it is possibly a bug as the drivers have been able to allocate & save trips in the past. My reseller has raised a ticket but would appreciate support taking another look at it. Cheers, Brooke
