Hey, @THust-1843!

This really is going to depend by fault code and by what you're trying to accomplish, as each has different significance/weight, and some may be more important to your line of work than to others'.

For example, you might create a standard report and have it sent to your mechanics daily with faults that your company has deemed important. Or, you may have a 3rd-party integration partner (e.g. Uptake, Cummins Connected Diagnostics, Navistar's OnCommand Connection) set up to monitor and provide insights on faults that show up. Personally, I have a GO unit in my car and sometimes use the faults to provide me with insights if I have a check-engine light come on and want to know if it's safe to drive to my mechanic.

Similarly, you may want to be alerted of Telematics Device Faults to identify units with a lot of unplug events (which likely indicate installations that need to be checked) or cases where a device has a fault that requires you to bring to a reseller's attention.

So, this really depends on what you're trying to do, but hopefully these ideas give you some insight into things you can do to respond to codes. :)
