If you're looking to remove the device physically, here is a short video I created recently on how to manage that properly in software:
Understanding Asset Administration in MyGeotab
Following the instructions in that video will free up the device so it can be put into another vehicle. If you need to terminate the unit so that it no longer works and you don't pay for it anymore, you'll need to reach out to your reseller, like Eishi suggested. You can find this information from within your database via Getting Started & Help > Support... > Contact Information or Support > Contact Information, depending on which version of the MyGeotab menu you've got.

Thank you for asking your question in our community. Are you looking for someone to help you physically get the device out of the vehicle for you like an installer? Or are you asking to remove the device from your account so you are no longer billed for it?
The removal of the device should be pretty straight forward depending on how it was installed I could help give you some instructions if you would like.
