Geotab provides a prepaid return shipping label with each Proactive, Warranty Return, and Technology Replacement RMA replacement order to the E.U., the U.S., the U.K., Canada, and Mexico. Returning devices to Geotab helps support our research and improve our products. Returned products also reduce e-waste and help advance our recycling and sustainability programs.
✱ NOTE: The prepaid return shipping label includes the Geotab Return Center address, and specifies the carrier to use for the shipment.
No. It is the Reseller's responsibility to ship Sales Returns and Investigate RMAs to Geotab using their preferred carrier.
Returns received without an RMA number, with an expired RMA number, or with devices not included in the initial RMA, may be returned to you at your expense. If the return address contact information is missing or unclear, Geotab reserves the right to recycle the returned merchandise.

Yes. Prepaid return shipping labels expire 90 days after the replacement products ship from Geotab.
1 | Place the faulty product in the same box the replacement was delivered in. Otherwise, use sturdy packaging with cushioning material. |
2 | Seal the box and affix the prepaid return shipping label. |
3 | If a prepaid return shipping label has not been provided, affix the shipping label from your preferred carrier. Ensure the RMA number is clearly displayed, and any older labels are covered or removed. |
4 | Record the tracking number and date of shipment for your records. |
