How to terminate GO device?

Hello Geotab Community!

 

One of our trucks was unfortunately in a car accident a week ago. The truck is a totally damaged and we can't recover the device, so we'd like to remove it from our next invoice. I'd like to know how can I terminate a Geotab device from the MyAdmin site? Is there any article about this that I can't find?

You'll have to have your Geotab reseller terminate the device. You can remove it from your fleet list, however that does not remove it from billing.
