You would need to search the device by serial number in MyAdmin- (Devices > Device Management) - IF the device is able to read and automatically associate with the vehicle it is installed in, the VIN will show in the results. If your MyAdmin view doesn't already have a VIN column header showing, then you can click "Customize View" on the upper right and make sure VIN is checked off and the column will display. Hope this helps! Thanks!

What permissions do I need to use Geotab ACE?

It's normal for there to be a delay. When a device is reactivated in MyAdmin, it can take up to 24 hours to fully sync with MyGeotab and resume transmitting data. If after 24 hours the devices still appear as suspended in MyGeotab, I recommend asking your dealer to check the status in MyAdmin again.

MyAdmin | Assigned SIM card

Hi thanks for your comments. The issue we have is that when we installed a camera, it already appeared associated, so since we have several databases, we would look for it in myadmin and disassociate it.

Is there any way to identify the GoFocus cameras already installed?

Why can't a user create an account on My Geotab Community using their My Admin username?

I have a customer that is moving all devices and data over to a new database, including logs, data, and all configurations they have setup in their initial database, I am looking for a resource, step by step type of document to guide the customer through this process to effectively transfer and retain all data for assets, setups, drivers, etc. do we have an established guide for a customer on how to do this? if so, could this be shared with me, or clarified? thank you in advance!

how can a customer efficiently transfer data from one MyGeotab database to another, including data and reports
