Why are odometer and engine hours not appearing in Geotab Drive?

Problem

Odometer and engine hours data does not appear in Geotab Drive after you install or swap a GO device.

Possible cause 1

Geotab Drive updates odometer and engine hours data only after a complete ignition cycle. Start the ignition, drive for at least 15 minutes, and then turn the ignition off. The data can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Possible cause 2

If the data is still missing after 24 hours, the cause may be a firmware issue. Contact Geotab Support.
