I need this access to continue please do not close my account I have been on annual leave for a week and still require this access

Thank you for asking your question in our community. A database becomes inactive if there is no data being sent to it after a certain period of time. If you have an database where vehicles are driving and the data is being sent there then this is likely referring to an old database possible one you had for a pilot or something like that. The email should mention the name of the database that is bing deprecated. You can compare that to the database you use everyday and login to.
