Thank you for asking your question in our community. We may want to create a support ticket for this to have them look into this. This may be a disappearing (unavailable) database problem that was happening in preview and it needs investigation/escalation if it is still happening.
I am curious to know which SDK client you are using? All of our API clients have their default timeout which can be modified by setting the appropriate timeout property to the desired value.
