Hey, @PSaun-1836!
There are three things I'd recommend checking on this:
- Is your vehicle set up to Automatic or On under Assets > [vehicle you'd like to check] > Settings > Advanced > Hours of Service (HOS)? If set to Off, this will not record Drive time.
- Check your device plan. This should be under Rate plan on the vehicle's Edit page. This needs to be on Regulatory or Pro or ProPlus to work with HOS.
- Check the installation. Sometimes your GO device may be getting power but not reading things properly; in this case a quick reinstallation may do the trick.
