Thank you for asking your question in our community. If you mean the service provider for the cellular service sending the data to our servers then it depends on the region. We work with most major carriers and depending on where you are and your plan they will be different. This is something support or your reseller could help find out for you if it is something you would like to know more specifically.

For the Surfsight AI-12 cameras purchased through Geotab's ********* program, the provider that manages the data plan and airtime is Twilio, using their Twilio Super Micro SIM card.
